- What are botanical experiences?
- ALYVATE botanical experiences are small-batch tinctures made from plants long associated with a particular mood or moment — morning, presence, or evening. They are experience objects as much as they are drops of extract.
- How do the tinctures work?
- A tincture is a slow, alcohol-based extract of botanical material. Ours are taken as a few drops beneath the tongue, where they meet the senses quickly. We make no medical claims — think of them as a considered cue, not a fix.
- How should I use them?
- Rise in the morning, Connect before a moment you want to be present in, and Unwind at the end of the day. Five to eight drops beneath the tongue, or into a small glass of still water.
- How do you handle shipping?
- We ship worldwide from Europe. Standard shipping is $8; complimentary above $120. Pre-orders ship with our first harvest — we'll write to you when your order is on its way.
- What is your return policy?
- Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Reach out through the contact page and we'll take care of the rest.
- How do pre-orders work?
- You reserve your bottle now, we make it soon. Your card is not charged in this pre-launch phase — we'll follow up when your experience is ready to send.
