Single large cube

Slow melt, low dilution.

Ice sphere

Anything you want to look at.

Even slower melt.

Crushed

Herbal juleps and tropical builds.

Very cold, very quickly.

— Sparkling vs Still

A small, deliberate choice.

Sparkling

Adds brightness and lifts aromatics. Best for morning and social drinks. Choose a fine, small-bubbled water — Ferrarelle, Perrier, or your local mineral spring. Cold, always.

Still

Softens the palate and lets the botanicals speak. Best for evening drinks and warm experiences. Filtered, room temperature or gently warmed — never straight from the tap.

— Hot & Cold

Temperature is a mood.

Cold

Sharpens flavour. Wakes attention. Reserve for mornings, social hours and any drink you want to feel bright. Chill your glass first — a cold drink in a warm glass forgets itself quickly.

Warm

Softens the body. Slows the breath. Use in evenings, in winter, in the hours before rest. Never boil the botanicals — heat them gently, and add ALYVATE last, off the heat.
